NOTICE

The Town of West Bend has informed the Big Cedar Lake District that scheduled road maintenance on Gonring Drive, including the addition of concrete near the boat launch, will take place beginning on Monday, October 14.

Notices of the closure will be posted at the launch prior to the weekend before the scheduled maintenance.

The Gonring Drive Boat Launch will be completely CLOSED from Monday, October 14 through Monday, October 21.

It will re-open on Tuesday, October 22

In addition, Gonring Drive will also be repaired from near the corner of the restaurant east to the boat launch.

During this time, the boat launch and areas surrounding, will NOT be accessible.

Alternate options are the Hacker Drive boat launch and Paradise Drive boat launch on the east side of the lake and the Cedar Park Drive boat launch on the west side, with limited or no parking. 

Commercial users are prohibited (Town of West Bend Ordinance 13.161 with a possible fine of $500 per occurrence) from using these alternate options so please plan accordingly.
