Notice
Though our harvesting operations and pier pickups have ended, the BCLPRD will have a harvester on the water on Thursday, October 2, after 9am to address a few problems areas in the north bay.
The beautiful weather has provided a number of challenges late into September and early October with aquatic vegetation removal.
If you live on the east shore from Hacker Drive going north or the west shore going north from Gonring, and see the harvester operator out, please wave him in to collect piles on piers.
The operator will be alone on the machine and for safety purposes, we kindly ask that you move the weeds from the pier to the harvester or have someone that can assist you.
We no longer have the staff that is able to provide pier pickups like we do in the summer (as they are all high school and college age, and are no longer available after Labor Day).
If you have any questions please leave a message at the district office 262-629-9322 or email [email protected] including your name, address, and contact information so that we may follow up with you.
Thank you for your understanding.
